Ofcourse, you have to be aware to free the room between 10 am and 4 pm every day and it's a simple capsule to sleep in, so luggage left at reception and you can hear everything and everybody - but welcoming was great, everything brandnew and REALLY clean and the kitchen / lounge room on 4th floor was great. Points faibles : Service et personnel The hotel itself was a very nice stay but there was only one restaurant around and some of the staff seemed incredibly mad that we didn't speak Japanese. We were prepared to use google translate as we did with every other hotel we stayed at during our trip but the second she saw we didn't speak Japanese, she pushed us off onto another employee. I think she thought we were going to assume that she spoke English because she wasn't Japanese and that's probably the reason why she didn't want to deal with us. I thought it was ok for the price. Facilities were extremely clean and other guests were respectful of others. As a woman traveling by herself, I felt safe staying there overnight. It was my first stay at a capsule hotel and I wish I would have gotten more guidance from the staff when I first checked in. Staff did not speak English (which is fine, you're in Japan after all!) but was not necessarily welcoming or friendly when I was trying to ask questions. I felt like I was bothering them, but they seemed to be happy to answer questions from locals. Maybe it was just my assumption. The hotel is located in a very industrial area and there are no restaurants around. However, a subway station is only 5 min away. Very convenient!
