It was quite clean and we found it worked well for us. It is a little out of the way from central Tokyo, but there’s a train station a few min walk away so it’s still quite convenient. The only downside was one of the beds seemed to have a support bar that could be uncomfortable in certain positions. If you are looking for a quick stay after arriving at Haneda airport, it’ll be a great option. Taxi costs around ¥3,700 from the airport. Easy check in and out.
