This hotel ended up being a really good hotel. It has everything we needed; multiple beds, microwave, fridge and stove. We were traveling with a one year old and this room allowed us to cook for her every day.
Staff was clear and explained everything . The room was a little on the tiny side for 4 adults. We appreciated the separate toilet from shower. The full kitchen and provided amenities were great. The location was perfectly just tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo station but close enough.
The hotel is conveniently located next to Tokyo Station. The hotel is almost brand new and well equipped. There is a commercial building newly opened next door and it has plenty of restaurants. The underground mall that connects into Tokyo Station offers even most dining options. It also has easy access to nearby subway stations.
Great location! As someone new to Japan, our group had a difficult time finding the building the first night. There's no large sign in front and the sign in front is not lit at night, so that made it difficult to find. However, we called the hotel and they actually came outside to help us find the place! The location itself was great in that it's almost across the street from the main Tokyo Station...so convenient. Location is safe and building is quiet. Plenty of good places to eat nearby and within walking distance including a mini mart to purchase some supplies. Hotel staff very friendly, professional and accommodating. Rooms were nice, modern and clean. For the location and convenience, this place would be our first choice to stay again in Tokyo.
Fantastic accomodation. Room was really big and well appointed. Location was superb, literally across the road from Tokyo Station Yaseu North entrance. Our booking included a stamp/voucher system that allowed for an allocation of free drinks from the bar which was a really pleasant surprise. Would definitely stay here again.
Good: It’s on the great location, just cross from the tokyo station. it’s very new and it was nice to have a washer/drier in the room.
Bad: the sliding door for the bathroom is quite loose so it doesn’t quite close.
Great location, friendly staff
Rooms are “Tokyo Sized” so keep that in mind.
Very clean & new property!

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
The property was good because the reception staff were very helpful in whatever we needed. The room itself was ok. I would say it is a little overpriced
Proximity to Tokyo Station and other metro lines is excellent. Was easy to access public transportation to access various parts of the city. We were a party of 5 adults, two using wheelchairs due to limited mobility. They had an elevator and the apartment style worked great for our group. A drawback is they only have an elevator to access the guest room floors. You can use stairs or elevator to move between street level and the lobby on the second floor, however staff told us there wasn’t general stair access from lobby to above. We were on the 3 rd floor, so sending those you could use the stairs would have been helpful at times. As anticipated, we waited the longest for the single elevator around check-out time in the mornings. They also have the elevator programmed to stop on the 2nd floor in every direction. This is probably a security measure, but pack your patience as you’ll always have an additional floor stop as you move up and down.
Loved that there were a couple of convenience stores very close and easy to access the underground mall with lots of restaurant options and shopping. Would definitely stay here again!
Die Lage ist phänomenal, das Personal extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit, unser Zimmer war groß, sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet - es fällt schwer, Kritikpunkte zu finden.
