The guest rooms have been newly renovated, with the concept of Japanese style, and the colors are peaceful and quiet. It has a fully equipped spacious kitchen, comfortable beds, and premium mattresses. It is very suitable for families and friends traveling to Japan to stay.  
It's 4 min walk from JR Okubo Station,and 2 mins to Shinjuku Station by train!!Very cosmopolitan area,Within a pleasant walk you can reach Shinjuku the earth of the Tokyo entertainments, night life, shopping and restaurants.  
With 4 bedrooms, 2 baths and 2 toilets, it can easily accommodate 10 people!  
The bedroom has a luxury mattress and a bed with an outlet.

#### Sensational Shinjuku stay

Awesome property well equipped for 3 x families (10 people in total). Location was amazing, safe and very convenient. Couldn’t fault the house or location. Hosts dropped off a gift during our stay which was very sweet and were avail for any questions. We absolutely loved the accommodation and location.

#### Awesome place for large groups

The place is comfortable and clean for our group of eight adults. The rooms are quiet so we could all sleep well. The floor plan works great for our two families, with one set of bathroom on the first floor and one set on the second floor, we never feel crowded. JR stations are within walking distances. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Tokyo.

Quiet street but very close to good transportation and lots of nightlife. Two bedrooms on the ground floor, a kitchen living dining room on the second floor, and two bedrooms on the third floor. The stairs are configured in such a way to save space but make it a little tricky if you are mobility. Everything about this piece was comfortable and the host was wonderful. Highly recommended.

#### First Trip to Tokyo!

I was in Tokyo to run the marathon and was looking for a nice, affordable place to share with my two friends that were joining me. If you are looking for a hidden gem in the middle of an amazing location, look no further! Shinjuku house was close to everything, whether you wanted to walk or take a train, everything was near by! The apartment was very clean and well maintained, beds were extremely comfortable, it was also on a residential street so it was quiet at night time and early morning. I loved this apartment so much. I had the entire top floor to myself (roommates slept on ground floor bedrooms). Asami was so helpful and so kind. Very good communication! We had a wonderful time!

Great accommodation for our adult family of seven. Rooms excellent and roomy for Japan standards. Very clean. Stairs are very steep but we loved it. Right smack in the middle of everything. Train around the corner, luggage transport at also at end of street. Laundry dryers close. Lots of restaurants, cute cosy bars, everything you need. Communication with Asami was informative and easy. Asami was just a text away but we never needed anything. Would definitely recommend to friends and would stay again.
