The room was clean and nicely decorated. Even a large cute alligator plushie on one of the beds. I would say the only thing needs was bathroom wash towels. Like what you use in the shower. It is unmanned so there are no staff to help if you have any questions. There is no lobby, restaurants or services. Feels more like a University dorm. The best part was the location. It is very convenient to get to Shibuya and Harajuku. The place was clean enough, but the floors were uneven in places and there were some very low ceilings in places which is not ideal for taller people. There’s also a common area with a sink + dishes, board and card games, and a laundry room. Our room (double twin bed) also came with a balcony and two large windows.
