You’d see the staff really deep cleaning the bathrooms and showers too. You can also always go the cafe for drinks and they also have food. If you’re in a budget, Lawson and 7/11 are very close - maybe less than 5 minute walk. With the money you save staying here you can head to the super sento (3 mins walk) and relax after the day walking Tokyo. When you walk in, the front desk staff is very friendly and the cafe vibe is so fun. I stayed on the female 3rd floor and it was so clean and a great vibe. There’s plenty of bathroom and showers so that was never a problem. They sell basic amenities for an extremely low price. Towel, pjs, tooth brush and toothpaste all for less than $6 USD and free slippers. The bunks have good mattresses and the AC is very good. There’s a fridge in every dorm area but there’s a more equipped kitchen on the 5th floor. Great location for late night eats and close to all the fun and shopping. Really appreciated allowing me to have my packages delivered to the hostel. Moderate sized cafe/working area in the lobby. Very good for this type of accommodation. More social than many other hostels, but open bunks and lack of lockers come with the usual issues of having a very loud snorer in your room or someone who spreads their mess of stuff around the limited floor space. The place could use a good refresh of the facilities like a coat of paint, but overall I rate the place highly. Due to the staff. They were excellent, very knowledgeable in providing pleasant top notch service and support for anything.
