This is a great hotel for first time visitors, the staff is extremely nice, they offer toiletries and Coffee, they have Karaoke and a cafe! It’s such a cute neighborhood that doesn’t feel crowded and has a lot of options for food. 5 min walk to multiple trains! It was perfect will definitely be staying here again!

Wanted to change hotels for the first night but definitely warmed up to it in the end. The double standard room is tiny and all rooms are close to the elevator so if you’re a light sleeper that might be a problem as it dings quite loudly. The bathroom reminds me of a port-a-loo but did the job! However staff are excellent and very welcoming and the reception area has a lot of good amenities. Sky lounge was a wonderful place to sit too. Unfortunately, I probably wouldn’t come back to this hotel as I think the price is a too high for what we received.

Having the restaurant downstairs was very useful for us because it was a place to have a buffet breakfast and authentic Japanese breakfast and a place to have quiet time. The staff were wonderful and they all spoke English. The location was perfect because it was easy to get around.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant place to stay. The hotel was clean, welcoming, and the overall experience was great. We actually accidentally forgot one of our pieces of luggage, but the staff were incredibly kind, understanding, and willing to help us every step of the way. I would especially like to commend Harry for his exceptional service. He was very accommodating, patient, and genuinely willing to assist us whenever we needed help. Even with the inconvenience of our forgotten luggage, he went out of his way to help and made a stressful situation much easier for us. Their kindness and willingness to help truly made a difference in our experience. We really appreciate the effort and excellent service we received from the staff. Thank you for making our stay a pleasant one — we would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again! ^view from the roofdeck
