Had a lot of difficulty communicating with multiple staff when trying to arrange for a taxi to take my family to Haneda airport. Although I was assured rate was fixed at 6900 Yen, taxis charged us 9100 Yen. Taxi companies are the same everywhere, but I was mistaken to expect hotel staff to have experience in getting transportation for guests.

Great Spot
It's a great location to get to all the shopping and food in Akihabara. Its close go the train station. They hold your bags if you are early or still exploring. Great customer service as expected. Clean rooam and a comfy bed.
