I was given a smoking room (requested non-smoking) on arrival with faulty A/C. So I had to survive in cold several hours. Buona posizione per visita città, a poca distanza da Ginza e dalla torre di Tokyo. Comodo angolo cottura ma letto a una piazza e mezzo stretto per due persone. Vincolante il pernottamento minimo di 6 notti. The apartment is nice and clean with most basic things provided. Washer did not have drying function, and model was not included in the long list of how machines operate (no english buttons) that came with the room. Desk is shallow but fine for a laptop. Shimbashi is a business area... not a lot to do there, but plenty of restaurants.
