We had an amazing experience and the staff was extremely kind and always helpful and patient when we had questions. They answered some questions prior to our stay and then assisted during our stay with things like luggage transfer. Happy to recommend COCOYO HOTEL and would definitely stay there again in the future. Great connections as it’s a few minutes walk to a Yamanote Line station (Ōtsuka). The line connects all of the popular areas of the city you’ll want to see. The rooms are very compact but well appointed with a kettle. Tea bags and coffee etc are obtained in the reception area along with any extras you may need. The idea is that they’ll supply you with any small items such as a toothbrush etc on an ‘as needed’ basis, so no excess waste.
