Kids will love the play area and swing set. Enjoy peaceful lake views from the sunroom with fireplace or master bedroom deck or sip coffee at the stocked coffee bar. Sleeps 12, pet friendly, with access to community pools, trails, tennis, and year-round fun nearby!  
  
Enjoy a perfect blend of outdoor adventure and cozy comforts - from lakeside relaxation to indoor play for all ages. With community amenities and easy access to Poconos attractions, this lodge is ready for every season: skiing & tubing in winter, water fun in summer, or peaceful retreats in spring & fall.

→Coffee Bar: one of our favs…fresh ground coffee with coffee maker, a hot water kettle, French press, Starbucks k-cups, teas, hot chocolate, sugar and half-n-half

☀The Community and its Amenities:  
→The community has two lakes, multiple swimming pools, basketball courts, tennis courts, playground, mini golf and more. Our lake can be used for paddle boarding, kayaking, catch and release fishing and ice skating (no motor boats).  
→The Pools are open daily from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The house is located within a 5-minute drive to the new K Pool built in 2022\. Splash pad for the little ones and a large pool for the family to enjoy. There is also a bathhouse, tennis and basket courts and a playground.  
  
→Amenity badges are required to use any public amenities. Badges can be purchased during your stay for $12/person per day, kids 3 and under are free.  
  
→We make no guarantees that community amenities will be available during your stay. The availability of the amenities and the days and hours of operation are at the discretion of the association. Hours and days of operation are typically provided at the beginning of each week. Refunds will not be provided if community amenities are not available as we have no control over closures for any circumstances such as, but not limited to, weather, staffing, bans etc.  
  
☀Community Requirement:  
Per HOA and town code the following is required for all reservations:  
  
→All guests (adults and children) and vehicles are required to be registered on the community registration form. All persons driving a vehicle will need to provide a valid and printed copy of their vehicle registration and Driver's license in order to access the community upon arrival.  
  
→A rental agreement must be signed along with submitting a $500 pre-stay hold and photo ID (this is all mandated by HOA regulations).  
  
→Upon booking we will send you a message to complete electronically the registration and rental agreement. Three days prior to check in you will receive another message to submit a copy of your ID and submit the pre-stay hold. All of the above must be submitted no later than 72 hours prior to your check in time to avoid full cancellation of the reservation.  
  
\*Only the persons listed on the lease agreement and community forms are allowed to be at the property. You may be fined by the HOA and/or Town if anyone misrepresents the number of people and ages of those at the property.  
  
→The community registration fee of $50 has been included in the price.  
\*There is a $75 late fee for forms not completed within 3 days prior to arrival.  
  
→Community quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.  
  
☀Other things to note:  
→You must be at least 25 years old or older to make the reservation and personally occupy the property for the entire rental period. Please message us for considerations.  
  
→We do not accept reservations if a majority of the group is under the age of 25, proms, party's or 3rd party reservations.  
  
→Parents or other individuals are not permitted to reserve the house on behalf of another person or group.  
  
→If you have declined Airbnb's travel insurance it is highly suggested you buy your own through a third-party. We cannot refund due to weather, illness or other travel related situations.  
  
→No more than 5 cars allowed per reservation

We had a lovely and relaxing mom’s retreat at the Country Place. Despite it being 0 degrees outside we were toasty warm in the house and enjoyed watching the snow fall over the frozen lake. A great place to stay if you want quiet and relaxation.

Everything met or exceeded our expectations! We had a lovely time at this beautiful lake house in the perfect location. The rooms were comfortable and the extra amenities were a nice luxorious touch. My family and friends loved our weekend so much we are already planning to book this exact location again next year!

My family and I just spent a few days here and we didn't want to leave. The house has everything you need. My kids loved the playroom, the beds were extremely comfortable (rare for a rental), plenty of kayaks and a canoe, outdoor games, etc. Honestly my kids usually want to watch tv after the first day of vacation but they were occupied the entire time. The house was cozy and comfortable without having that cheesy "Etsy rental house" vibe you find in other places. We hiked the Tobyhanna state park which was only a few minutes away. We had a fire by the lake every night, sat on the docks with coffee every morning. The owners were extremely responsive. We couldn't figure out how to work the fireplace, they called and walked us through it right away. Overall it was perfect and we can't wait to go back. Couldn't recommend it more.

House was perfect for our stay. The house was clean, plenty of dishes, utensils, cooking dishes, games, seating. The lake views and outdoor chairs and table were great. The real Adirondack chairs around the firepit were strong, the hot tub was clean and no work! We really enjoyed our stay.
