We aim to keep a lightly stocked kitchen with, coffee, salt/pepper, and a handful of different seasonings. COMMUNITY FEATURES Located in A Pocono Country Place, which offers seasonal amenities, including beach and pool access, available for an additional $12 per day per person. This fee grants paying guests access to all pools, lakes, mini golf, paddle boats, and canoes provided by the community. Additionally, there are tennis courts, a basketball court, and a soccer field within the community for those looking to stay active and get some exercise! Please note that this property is located in a community that requires guest registration. To meet this requirement, all required documentation must be submitted no later than four days before check-in. If the documentation is not provided on time, a $100 late fee will be charged to the guests. Upon arrival all guests are required to complete a registration form for security and emergency purposes as our property is situated in a private gated community. The guest registration form will request the full names and ages of each guest in your party, as well as vehicle and driver information, including the license ID number of the main registrant and the plate numbers for each vehicle entering the community. Please ensure that the names on the submitted forms match the legal ID of the person driving. We loved being on the water and we enjoyed the kayaks and fire pit. The property manager was very easy to work with and kept in contact throughout our stay.
