Lakefront - Game room, Fire Place, Dock, Deck, WiFi, Boats, AC, Dog Friendly!!!

During the Summer(from about mid-June to Labor Day) we rent from Friday to Friday. Some "Things To Do" are only available on the weekend(Drive-In Movie, Flea Market, Vineyard tours, etc.) so this gives you a full weekend. Plus, a full weekend home before starting work on Monday.

Our Contemporary has lots of windows with expansive lake views. The  floor plan and cathedral ceilings gives this house an open airy feeling with plenty of room to put your feet up.    We have a 58 inch UHD TV with internet and Netflix. Or you can watch a DVD from our collection.The downstairs bedroom is perfect for the kids to play Xbox,watch TV, or play board games.  The basement has a ping pong table and an Shuffle Board table.

Watch spectacular sunsets from rocker bench on our private dock, or enjoy a glass of wine  on the back deck.  There is a Weber grill and fire pit with grill top for all your grilling needs. Read a book while sitting on our outdoor swing or take a nap on the hammock.  Your stay also includes 3 kayaks, a peddle boat, row boat with oars and a trolling motor.  There are also tire tubes to float around on our swimmable lake.

Community amenities... Community Pool & beach(daily passes available for purchase on a limited basis), and play ground, tennis and basketball courts(even ice skating rink in the winter) which is across the lake by boat or less than a 2 mile drive.

We are a 10 minute drive to Shop Rite, WalMart, restaurants, golf, and more. And 20 minutes(or less) to Camelback (ski/waterpark), Kalahari water parks, The Crossing outlet mall and other Pocono favorites.

Well behaved dogs are welcome with prior permission.. We do have a $100.00pet fee per dog. two dog maximum.

We provide everything you need for an enjoyable stress free vacation except for linens and towels. Pillows, blankets, and comforters are provided. Please inquire for linen rental if interested otherwise please bring your own.

Home professionally cleaned and sanitized by Jean's Cleaning Service.

For the security of our guests and the property, we have installed two exterior cameras at the entryways.

We had a wonderful week with our grandson at this lovely lakeside house! Swimming, boating, fishing, ping-pong, tennis, board games--we did it all. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Note: there are some nice community facilities (swimming pools, beach, mini-golf, etc.) but you have to pay a separate fee per person per day which adds up to a lot over the week.

Beautiful week

My family of 7 had a great week here at this beautiful place. Everything was made easy with great directions and communication from the owner Nick! House was clean,thoroughly enjoyed the kayaking and boating. We had our dog with and im pretty sure he enjoyed his stay as much as us if not more.

Peaceful lake house

Fantastic place and lots of nice touches. We had a heat wave and thunderstorms and were comfortable and plenty to do! The lake is fantastic to kayak on and fish from. Check in at the welcome center is a bit chaotic. Be prepared to wait in line. Homeowners had everything ready so our actual check in was really smooth.

Beautiful and cozy

I like everything about this lake house. It's beautiful and cozy. It provided us everything we needed. Even though we couldn't kayaking as much bc of the rain, we had fun playing ping pong, shuffleboard…The best part was relaxing and gathering together around the fireplace. Nick and Jill were very responsive to all requests. Thank you for the beautiful vacation

This property was great for family with young children and a dog. Just found the community a little sketchy. Alot of abandon properties, and other properties that were not well cared for. Amenities were somewhat outdated and showed wear. Never found all the parts for fish finder. But we had fun and and relaxed

Week Long Family Vacation

It was perfect for our group. We travelled with two kids (8 & 12) and their grandmother. The lake was very accessible, the 12 year old loved the boats, and the owners were responsive.

Perfect getaway!

This lake house was hands down THE best property I've ever vacationed at in the Poconos. I've been renting homes in the Poconos for the past 20 years and have never stayed in the same one twice; however, this will be the first home we will be returing to again. Nick and Jill were amazing hosts, VERY attentive, thoughtful, and accomodating. The house was clean, spacious, and stocked with anything we needed. The basement has lots of fun things to do-the kids loved it. My teenage daughters spent lots of time sitting on the dock, fishing, and chilling in the hammock. Fishing was hit or miss, but that's why they call it fishing, not catching. The floating dock was great to fish from and the beach access was perfect for the kayaks. Speaking of water vessels, the rowboat with the motor (we didn't use, but loved having the option), the multiple kayaks available (we brough our own), and the peddle boat were all fantastic amenities of the house. Most appreciated were the pet accomodations: the deck on the back of the house had a sliding gate that safely contained our 2-1/2 year old Great Dane puppy who would sit on the deck for hours watching the many deer that visited the property. We will certainly be back again next year, if not sooner!!

A Piece Of Peace

This was such a relaxing weekend away from the city…it rained the whole weekend but we still enjoyed every minute of it together in this house there was games, movies & the fireplace was a plus, the coziness of it was everything my daughter wanted for her birthday. Lovely Lakefront Stay

We had a great week at this lake house! Nick and Jill were so accommodating. The layout was perfect for our family of 4 with tons of space to relax. We loved the kayaking and paddle boating. We saw tons of wildlife including 3 fawns that walked through the yard. There is a large pool a 5 minute walk away which is great for kids. We spent every evening sitting down on the dock and enjoying the sunsets. A great place for a summer getaway!

Amazing getaway

When we first walked in, we felt the home feel. Very cozy!! The house was very clean and well stocked. Having 2 teens with us, there was penty for them to do. They took the kayaks out and explored the pond. My son actually got me in a kayak for the first time!!! Ping pong and shuffleboard tournaments happened regularly. We took our golden and shepherd. The golden spent time chase sticks into the lake and swimming while our shepherd only went in up to her feel...she is a diva lol After their romps in the water, they lounged on the deck to dry off whilexi read!! Overall a very relaxing mini vacay!! Would highly recommend Nick and Jill's lakehouse!

Brief getaway

My brother and I stayed at the house for a couple of nights to celebrate my brother’s birthday and to do some fishing. The stay was great- we had beautiful weather and even caught some nice sized fish. The house was very clean and well stocked, and perfect for our needs. We especially appreciated the trolling motor and battery! We only had a couple of questions for Nick and Jill, but they got back to us very quickly with their responses. And the views of the lake were beautiful from the deck. Thanks. Steve

Family Getaway
