It offers plenty of space for your holiday. Both houses, garden, and yard are of course just inhabitated by you and your family or friends. Very private! The object is located in the oldest part of the town Jezera, embedded into the established structure of a typical Dalmatian fishing village. From here you can reach in a few minutes to all the highlights that the island of Murter has to offer. Dreamlike coves with some of the best snorkeling sites of the Adriatic, facing the Kornati islands. Several villages also attract with restaurants, cafes in their ports and all offers for life by the sea. Diving, sailing and boating. Fishing, among pine trees on the seafront, and relax in the cafe, that is what Murter stands for. The house has, quite uncharacteristic for the Old Town a private parking, a garden and a courtyard. A narrow, navigable by car lane, takes you to the parking space of the object. Through the wooden gate in a stone wall, you reach the terrace of the garden, equipped with a dining table for six and barbecue. The garden, planted with olive, lavender and rosemary, provides a Mediterranean welcome, sun beds and an outdoor shower invite you to relax. From the garden you enter the front house, with fully equipped kitchen and a large dining table. From here you can also get into the first floor where is the living room with sofa, armchair, TV and a separate toilet. Leave the house at the back, so you are in a small courtyard between living- and sleeping house. This is natural as the entire object only available to you and is used only by you. The yard, planted with shrubs and climbing plants of the region, delightes you with a roofed eating space, also furnished with a large table for six. On the ground floor of the adjoining sleeping house, the master bedroom is located, furnished with a double bed, closet and desk. To the room belongs, a bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. About an, in the yard, existing outside staircase you reach the first floor of the sleeping house. Outgoing from the hallway is a bath room with shower, sink and toilet, the stairs in the attic of the house and access to the second bedroom. Also this keeps ready a double bed, a desk and a wardrobe for you. The internal staircase leads from the hallway into the attic, with two single beds, desk and wardrobe. Through the windows of this room, the view sweeps across the nearby hills of the village, to the sea. All rooms of the object are in proper style, harmoniously and lovingly furnished with antique furniture in the country house style and feature bright, friendly atmosphere. Air conditioning for cooling and heating in all rooms, TV, dishwasher and washing machine add to the convenience. The center and the port of the village Jezera has been reached in five minutes on foot. Here you will find many restaurants, bars and cafes. The next beaches and bays are about 600m away and easily reached by car or on foot. In the house you have free internet via wifi. The pearls of the Adriatic region, Sibenik, Zadar, Split and Trogir and the National Park Krka and Kornati are ideal for day trips. Highlights ist das es eigentlich 2 Häuser sind, eins zum Wohnen und eins zu, Schlafen. Somit können die Eltern oder die Teenager sich auch sich mal zurückziehen ohne das man einander auf die Füsse tritt. Toller Innenhof mit überdachtem Sitzplatz und Grill. Überall klimatisiert. Privater Parkplatz. Strand in 15min zu Fuss erreichbar. Ruhige Lage im Dorf. Kleine Abzüge, die Sauberkeit war OK aber entsprach nicht unseren gewohnten Standard. Es Hatte noch Tierhaare am Boden und wenn man genauer hinschaute war es staubig, Spinnweben oder einfach nicht richtig geputzt ( in den Ecken etc.) Auch das Geschirr spülten wir erst mal ab. Der Kühlschrank war ausgesteckt und geschlossen, dementsprechend stank er auch. Herd braucht Geduld zum Kochen, hat kein Power. Was Positives noch zum Abschluss, er war alles vorhanden von WC Papier über Spühl-Tabs, Handseife, Waschmittel etc. Wir füllten es selbstverständlich wieder auf. Aber alles in allem ein Wirklich schöner Urlaub und das Haus kann ich nur weiterempfehlen, ##### Jürg K. Liebevoll restauriert und eingerichtet. Alles passt zusammen und es fehlt an nichts. Der kleine Innenhof und die überdachte Terrase, sowie der Garten sind super gemütlich. Wir wussten nicht wo wir uns aufhalten sollen, am liebsten wären wir überall gleichzeitig. Die Insel ist wunderschön, die Landschaft atemberaubend, die kleine Buchten super romantisch. Im Mai waren noch nicht so viele Urlauber da, es war richtig ruhig und gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, so das uns die Heimfahrt sehr schwer gefallen ist. Alles war sehr gepflegt und blitzsauber. Auch bei der Ausstattung des Hauses wurde an alles gedacht, wir haben nichts vermisst. Der Clou ist die Außendusche, gerade unsere Kinder haben die geliebt. Der Hafen von Jerera ist in Laufnähe und die wunderschönen Badebuchten auf Murter alle in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Jezera selbst ist zum Glück noch nicht zu überlaufen und hat sich eine schöne Atmosphäre erhalten können. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich und es wurden uns viele ausführliche Infomationen zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir können dieses Haus wärmstens weiterempfehlen. ##### Thomas K. Bereits beim Betreten des Grundstücks haben wir uns alle in den herrlichen Gartenbereich (mit Außendusche!) sowie den romantischen Innenhof verliebt. Hier verbrachten wir viele gemütliche Stunden und genossen den Duft von Oliven, Lavendel und dem gerade noch blühenden Jasmin. Alles war sehr gepflegt und blitzsauber. Auch bei der Ausstattung des Hauses wurde an alles gedacht, wir haben nichts vermisst! Die Räume sind zudem sehr geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war nett und unkompliziert. Danke für das ausführliche Infopaket, das wir bereits vor der Anreise bekommen haben. Wir haben es rege genutzt! Die Schlüsselübergabe vor Ort war problemlos und wir hatten auch hier stets einen freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Ansprechpartner. Fazit: Wir können dieses Ferienhaus nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Sollten wir wieder einmal einen Urlaub auf Murter verbringen, dann sicher in diesem oder einem der anderen beiden Häuser dieses Vermieters. Ein Volltreffer! ##### Gerald F. Der Innenhof zwischen den beiden Häusern ist ein besonderer Clou! Zentral gelegen, ruhige Lage, dennoch nicht im touristischen Treiben. Von der Reservierung bis zur Schlüsselübergabe vor Ort ist alles hervorragend organisiert. Das Infopaket ist sehr hilfreich gewesen mit vielen guten Tipps versehen, so dass einem erholsamen Urlaub vom ersten Tage an nichts mehr im Wege steht. The house itself was beautiful, especially the garden areas that provided plenty of welcome shade. It was very clean and well equipped for our stay. There is a large parking place next to the house although the narrow road was difficult to get our large car down. There was however plenty of free parking close by which we used. It was an easy walk to the beach and harbour area where there were plenty of restaurants to choose from. The island of Murter had many beaches and coves which we enjoyed exploring. We also took a trip to the Kornati National Park, where we were lucky enough to see dolphins. Thankyou for a wonderful week we would definitely recommend The Island House as a great base for a holiday. ##### Jennie P. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Es ist zentral gelegen. Der gepflegte Hafen ist in Laufnähe und die wunderschönen Badebuchten auf Murter alle in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Jezera selbst ist zum Glück noch nicht zu überlaufen, hat aber im Hafen viele tolle Restaurants etc. zu bieten. Gastgeber und Hausverwalter sind sehr zuvorkommend und Nett.
