"This property looks very good from outside but very ordinary from inside. parking is on road side & we have walk up & down 100 stairs. Ask for help to carry luggage. This Room does not have basic stuff like shampoo & soap. Bathroom showers not working properly & water all over floor. Breakfast was ..."

"It was an empty period. With no heating in a very cold night. They gave us a small heater. But whenever we turn it on the electricity goes down. Very hard beds. No breakfast"
