Villa Marisol Apartment 1 is located on the first floor of the house. With 60 m² of living space and a total of three rooms, this apartment is ideal for families or small groups of up to four people. The apartment features two separate bedrooms, a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a spacious living area with an adjoining open kitchen.

The high-quality, open kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as a ceramic-glass cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, as well as a coffee maker and a Senseo espresso machine. For everyday convenience, a kettle, toaster, and a wide variety of kitchen utensils, dishes, and silverware are also provided. In the living room, the cozy sofa area, complemented by armchairs and a dining table, ensures relaxing vacation days. Two TVs, a radio, and a selection of books and games provide entertainment for all ages. The underfloor heating ensures pleasant temperatures, even during the cooler months.

The large bedroom features a double bed measuring 180x200 cm (separate mattresses). The second bedroom has two single beds (90x200 cm). Pleated blinds and curtains ensure a peaceful night’s sleep.

Pets are welcome by prior arrangement (maximum of one dog). A private parking space is available for guests right next to the property. The washing machine and dryer are available for shared use. Other practical amenities include a vacuum cleaner, full-length mirror, coat rack, and a hair dryer.

Outside, two terraces invite you to relax. The location is ideal for active vacationers: the beach is just 750 meters away, and numerous recreational activities—such as swimming, sailing, surfing, horseback riding, golf, fishing, hiking, biking, jogging, and beach volleyball—offer plenty of variety. Families can also take advantage of nearby playgrounds and an amusement park. Those interested in wellness will also find suitable options in the area.

Shopping, restaurants, and the city center are all within easy walking distance, about 700 to 800 meters away. The train station is about 1,100 meters away, ensuring a convenient arrival and departure. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi and smoke detectors.

Located in a quiet area, you’ll be just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, the town center, and the spa gardens. Built in the style of late 19th-century North German spa architecture, this charming villa was constructed in 2010 with great attention to detail and is architecturally sophisticated.

The tastefully landscaped 835 m² property features a spacious garden with a barbecue area for 6 to 8 people, available for shared use by the house’s guests and illuminated by striking lighting in the evenings.

Each of the four apartments has been individually conceived, planned, and realized by an interior designer, featuring warm wall colors, custom-made furniture, and kitchens. The apartments feature private terraces or covered balconies furnished with high-quality synthetic rattan patio furniture.
Each apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and modern, timeless, high-quality furnishings. They each feature two flat-screen TVs, a hi-fi system, a digital radio in the shower room, and brand-name built-in appliances in the kitchen.

Each apartment has its own designated parking space.
A bicycle storage area and a coin-operated washer and dryer are available for our guests’ general use.
