Open and spacious with an awesome view from the living room/balcony. The bedroom upstairs and downstairs each have their own full bath. The kitchen was great as well. This is definitely a rental. So, may not have as many items stocked in the kitchen, but not at all an issue. The location was great as it was just about an hour and a half from Cannon beach in the north and about the same to Newport in the south. Tillamook was just about 1/2 hr. Great beaches, sights, and towns in between all of these places. We explored most of the coast. The only thing to know is that while you have an awesome view, this is not beach front.
