The bedroom has a queen size bed and there is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The unit will sleep 4\. This unit includes many recent updates to decor and amenities, and is equipped with all you will need for your stay: A Full Kitchen including a full size stove/oven and refrigerator Microwave Oven Coffee Maker Toaster Comfortable Living Area with a large LED Flat Screen with Cable TV Queen Size Bed Queen Size Sleeper Sofa You are within walking distance of a staircase that will bring you down to the sandy beach on Netarts Bay. There is a grocery store behind the property (down near Unit 7) and there is a convenience store near the front of the property (Unit 1) Our units also have WiFi and Cable television. We are a pet friendly property in all of our units for an extra fee - those with severe allergies should be aware that we do not have any rooms that are pet free. The only thing with the Surfs Inn is it “looked mostly clean” but it wasn’t. When we were unpacking I accidentally knocked over my water bottle and started to clean it up. The floor was black on my white paper towel. We went into the local market and paid tourist prices for the floor wipes and more paper towels to clean it up, it wasn’t good. Went to bed and the pillow shams had old food and drool, the comforter had seen better days as well. The sheets and bathroom seemed to be cleaned but we ended up wearing flip flops in the shower and throughout our stay because of the first impression. The area was quiet for being right off the Netarts Hwy but getting down to the beach access was not for the faint of heart. I wish I would have known that, good thing we are in decent shape, if you are not or disabled this beach access won’t be doable . If you are an averaged sized person, the shower should be fine but wow it is tiny! We made do with our extended stay as it is centrally located to where we wanted to be. Overall, it was fine but probably would only do an overnight stay there if we stay there again. I should’ve taken a photo of the clean up! ##### Ann C. It was clean and well stocked, but worn down. For example, there was peeling paint in the bathroom. The hide-a-bed was very uncomfortable, but the main bed was fine.
