About this property
Ocean/Bay Views, Private Beach Access, walk to local eats, minutes to Oceanside
Large windows everywhere for amazing views of the Pacific ocean, Three Arch Rocks, Netarts Bay, and the peninsula. Corner unit on the second floor has the best views in the area, with the ocean to the west and the bay and and coastal mountains to the south. Harbor seals pile onto the sand bar when the tide rolls out. It is a quiet property with private beach access from the parking lot.
Activities include kayaking, crabbing, clamming, kite-surfing, beach combing. You are a short walk from The Schooner, a local's favorite restaurant and bar with outdoor dining on Netarts Bay. The unit is decorated with natural materials of leather, stone, and wood, with a nautical theme. Fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to stay in for your meals and watch the tides and clouds and sun throughout the day. The unit features modern furniture, a comfortable bed, washer/dryer, and a 65" TV.
A few minutes up the road is the charming hillside town of Oceanside, with a handful of cozy restaurants including breakfast places and coffee shops (there is also coffee just minutes from the condo at Seaworthy Coffee and Gifts in Netarts (say hi to Corissa). Just beyond Oceanside is Cape Meares Lighthouse.
Netarts is home to the Netarts Bay Oyster company and Jacobsen's Sea Salt. Tillamook offers a range of restaurants, an air museum, breweries, a full-sized grocery, and of course the famous Tillamook Cheese Factory (which also has fantastic ice cream).
You are just over ninety minutes from Portland (East) or Willamette wine country (Southeast), and near some of the most beautiful coastline and seaside towns anywhere.

The location is outstanding. The panoramic window with view of the ever changing Netarts bay is very impressive. The place was clean and supplied pretty much everything needed. We loved our 3 weeks there.
Unit was extremely clean and secure. Location was super! We got to explore all the activities we were interested in. Beaches were beautiful! I overal very satisfied!!!
We really enjoyed our tranquil location. It was perfect for my spouse and I. Our dogs enjoyed the walks along the beach. Will definitely stay here again.
If you want to see the beauty of the Oregon coast, this is the best place to book, its right on the Netarts Bay, stunning views, amazing sunsets. Condo was very clean, quiet and peaceful. This is the perfect get-a-way. I will return for sure.
This was our second stay. We returned because of the good location, friendly neighbors and hosts and a view that can’t be beat. The apartment is warm and cozy, just the right size for a couple with a small dog. Also love that it’s just steps from the beach. We’ll be back! 💕
Nicely appointed condo. Very relaxing for 3 weeks. Excellent communication with Ned.
We are scheduled to return next spring, and looking forward to it.....
Excellent property. Clean and very well equipped having everything one needs. A comfortable home with great views of the bay. Quiet and peaceful. Ned (owner) was in communication from the start and always ready to see that our needs were met. This is a must place to stay while cruising all of the nearby beaches. Great location.
I would highly recommend staying here if you want a place outside of the hustle and bustle that characterizes most towns on the Oregon Coast. It is on a quiet street with access to the beach on Netarts Bay. The view from the living room is beautiful. We saw seals, deer and shore birds galore right from our rooms. All you need to bring are your clothes and food. The neighbors in the condo complex were all very friendly. Plenty of sites to see nearby. We really enjoyed the Pioneer Museum and Air Museum in Tillamook and local hikes. It is well worth renting for the week or more.
This oceanfront condo was exactly what I needed—a peaceful escape that gave me room to breathe, reset, and reconnect. With views of the sea, I spent my days immersed in the rhythm of the tides, working on manuscripts while the waves whispered inspiration through the windows.Low tides revealed vast stretches of beach, perfect for long walks where the salty air and crashing surf washed away stress and welcomed clarity. I finally caught up on overdue reading, filled my journal pages, and found the kind of stillness that stirs creativity. If you're craving a place to unwind, refocus, or simply listen to your own thoughts again—this spot is more than a stay. It's an experience.
We are from Indiana and wanted to come out to the coast to see the sights and we were not disappointed. The accommodations were just perfect! We had everything that we needed to have a nice relaxing visit. We were able to travel up and down the coast in our rental car and there are many sights to see close to this location.
We enjoyed our stay and having the separate bedroom from the living space made it perfect for my early rising hubby and the sleepy me! The weather was mild and very comfortable, however we did need jackets on some of the cooler more windy days and nights. It was so peaceful falling asleep to the sound of the ocean! We were able to walk the beach every day and the sunsets were amazing!
I highly recommend staying here!
Excellent location with great view of Netarts Bay and the end of Cape Lookout spit! The rental unit was great, had plenty of basic supplies, was very clean, and Ned was wonderful to work with! We even had the BONUS of seeing the Northern Lights one night! :) Parking can be an issue if all units are full and visitors come as well but we worked it out with the onsite property mgr. We would definitely rent this unit again!
A wonderful location to use as a base of operations for this amateur photographer. It's also a great spot for simply sitting on the deck and watching the sun set into the Pacific.
As for the owner, Ned was excellent to work with both leading up to and during my stay...responsive communications and accomodating to a fault.
The only thing that might make the place even better would be to put a screen in the front door to let in even more of the ocean breeze.
Also, a note if your a long term renter and in your geezerhood. Be prepared to haul your groceries up more than a few stairs...good exercise though.
This is one of those places that is so profoundly beautiful that the pictures only capture a bit of the essence. The windows are amazing for viewing the ocean, the birds and seals, the ocean waves in the distance, the sounds where two windows open, the sky, and the currents of the tides.
The property is comfortable; everything works, and Ned, the owner, is very responsive and helpful. I had a couple questions about the internet and he went above and beyond to help me.
The location is amazing on many levels as one can simply walk from here to Oceanside on a beautiful stretch of coastline or drive short distances to access state parks and other beaches.
It was very inspiring as well and we probably walked well over a hundred miles and I created music and poetry.
Im feeling very grateful to have spent a month here. Thank you Ned.
This place was just what I was looking for. Just a few steps from the beach, the view is gorgeous. The place was clean and everything worked well. The host communicated quickly through messages and was friendly. Nothing happened that we needed to call about. We loved the proximity to the beach and walking distance from The Schooner restaurant and to clamming and crabbing areas. Some little things we noted: The unit is upstairs and the complex is down a steep driveway, so for folks with mobility issues, this is something to keep in mind. The garbage can is at the top of the driveway. I needed the stairs to continue my PT after a knee surgery last year, so it was an ideal situation for me. The seating was a little uncomfortable for both of us, but your mileage may vary with different bodies/furniture styles. The bed was very comfortable. Also, we came in June and the late afternoon sun comes right in the front window, so close the blinds before you get blinded. Notes for those with dogs: Bring a blanket to cover the couch like we did and you won't have to worry about damaging the leather couch. There aren't a lot of places to take your dog to do their business on the property or the beach when the tide is in. The complex is clean, make sure to clean up after your pet. See the note about where the garbage can is. It's a bit of a hike up the drive to throw the bags away.
Nice one bedroom one bath second floor condo; above garages so no neighbors below. Unit next door was empty (for sale) so also nice not having anyone right next door. Nice laminate flooring, easy to sweep/vacuum sand! Nicely decorated, very 'clean' decor, nothing over-the-top with 'kitchy' beach themes, nice touches on the walls, shelves. Having a stacking washer/dryer is wonderful! Couch/chair a little older, also couchbed. Unit is light & airy, large livingroom picture window overlooks Netarts Bay; you can also see the ocean. Nice big TV! Bedroom & dining area windows open for a fresh breezes. Sunsets are fantastic. Kitchen had all we needed, plates, silverware, cookware, good sized fridge-freezer all very clean! Glass cook-top and oven, functional. Kitchen garden window looks out at the vines that cover almost every area along the road/driveway. VERY steep driveway! Deck off the unit doesn't actually allow room for seating but there is a communal deck that is out of the wind & has nice furniture. The few neighbors in the condo area were friendly & pleasant. Enough parking for all units. Access to beach is a little rough but worth the effort. There's about 30 feet of rock to walk over before getting to the sand (when the tide is out) but once on the beach you can walk for miles. Bay offers pretty views, lots of people kayaking, SUPing and watching the motor boats go in and out was fun. Fun to watch pelicans, cormorants and sea lions! Nice! Walk to a nice restaurant! :)
This is the most perfect little place to stay as a home base for exploring the area. It’s the perfect respite from everything! The community is quiet and welcoming, the views cannot be topped. The place is well cared for and has modern conveniences.
Place has an amazing view, one skip from beach. Place has everything you need and is maintained very well. A short walk to a great restaurant and a local grocery (small place). Stay was very enjoyable.
