'The Beach Retreat' looks out onto Netarts Bay and the Pacific Ocean. The home has five bedrooms and five full baths all en-suite with a 1/2 bathroom off the great room and is perfect for your vacation. This custom-crafted large home includes an ocean-front great room with vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors in the common areas, a spectacular open gourmet kitchen with large granite countertops and hickory cabinets, a spacious dining area, a stone fireplace and expansive windows looking out on the Pacific Ocean. Ask about the home next door as well! Great for 2 families or a family reunion! All bedrooms (sleeping 12) are roomy with vaulted ceilings to make your stay even more relaxed. The primary bedroom features a king size bed, private bath, large closet and full ocean and bay views. What better way to greet the day? The second bedroom has a queen size bed with its own full bathroom, the third and fourth bedrooms also have kings size beds and a full en-suite bathroom, and finally the fifth bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, vaulted ceilings and a full bathroom. All guest bedrooms have plenty of closet space too. All bathrooms have showers with one bedroom also having bathtub, vanities, custom tile, granite countertops and more. You can enjoy long walks on the beach both north and south. To the south you can walk to the town of Netarts, the jetty for the boat launch and the Schooner for lunch or dinner. To the north, you can walk to the town of Oceanside for coffee at Brewing in the Wind, lunch/dinner at Roseanna's or just to take in the beauty. This is a great launching spot for the Three Capes driving loop, day trips north to as far as Cannon Beach, or south as far as Lincoln City. Golf and Wine Tasting are within an hours drive. Three night minimum in June. Weekly Saturday to Saturday rentals only for July/August. No Pets Allowed. No RV Parking. Plenty of Parking! We thankfully only had a few hours of rain but it was an awesome storm to watch while we stayed cozy by the fire. We really enjoyed comfy living room, huge dining table and games! Unfortunately, it’s a shared yard/fire pit area with the two neighbors, and those houses were rented out to a large, large group that was a bit loud. Not the fault of this location, just bad timing which is out of your control and the property managers control. I would stay here again though. We have shared this house with 4 generations for three years straight now and will keep coming back. With 5 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, and 4 of those rooms having queen or king beds (the 5th is a bunk room) it works perfectly for 4 adult couples (Our parents, us, our kids and their spouses) and then the grandkids in the bunk room. I've stayed in multiple houses in this area and this is the only one, to my knowledge, with this particular bedroom configuration. It's just a staircase and walk across the lawn to the beach. With outside shower for sand, and a firepit in the grassy area as well as ample parking space, it really can't be beat. The common area is a bit small if you have a whole house full, but really, if the weather is at all decent, I'm not personally spending a bunch of time inside. The kitchen is great.
