There is a queen size bed in the bedroom and there is a comfy futon out in the living room. There is Wifi and cable TV, so you can stay connected while on vacation. The living room/dining area has a flat screen Smart TV that has streaming capabilities. There is plenty of room to park your truck and boat and also a convenient outdoor fish cleaning station. The fire pit in the yard is a great gathering spot and has a gorgeous view of the Bay! Also, the upstairs unit is available to rent as well! There are 2 separate entrances and would be perfect for 2 couples traveling together or a family with older kids that want to have their own space. Ask for details! \*\* Note: Up to 2 dogs are welcome to come! There is a $30 pet fee for the additional cleaning required after your departure. \*\* Note: Your nightly rate includes damage insurance should anything accidentally break or get ruined during your stay. \*\* Note: I send out a rental acknowledgment to sign electronically after a booking is made.
