The staff is also very helpful. The location is a short taxi ride from "Centro" Tijuana. No visitors allowed but otherwise an excellent place to stay. Many small restaurants and food stands neart by. Walking distance to a big shopping plaza and mercado. The shower towels were soft and the bed was comfy. Cons: The room had a funky smell that bothered me, but it wasn't noticible once the AC was on. I recomend they add some type of lock on the inside to make it feel safer. I felt a lil unsafe knowing anyone with a copy of the old fashion key could have access to our room while we slept. Also, the walls are on the thin side. Staff is very friendly. I particularly like the convenience and safety of the single car garage parking directly beneath the deluxe room and being able to securely lock the garage door. The only improvement I would make is to have a small table with two chairs instead of the useless modern lounger currently in the room. My husband and I love this place for the safety, convenience and proximity to every thing we need while in Tijuana.
