My family and I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options to start the day. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making for a relaxing stay. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always helpful whenever I had questions or needed assistance. I also appreciated the hotel's location, with many restaurants and cafés within walking distance, making it easy to find dining options throughout the day. The property felt safe and well cared for, which added to the overall comfort of my stay. My only critique is that the couches in the living room area were a bit too small and not as comfortable as they could be for extended lounging. Aside from that minor issue, everything else met my expectations. Good overall. Modern and clean. The breakfast is a big bonus. Parking is an issue. It's limited,if u trying to park late you can't get a free spot..Also the staff needs to open the parking gate manually,so u have to park your car by the front door,ask them to park your car,if lucky, drive to the garage,wait for guard will open the gate and finally park on a very tight spot. Also,if they let you park by the front door, don't be surprise if you see your car gets booted. Cost me $80 fee,two Uber rides and 3h of stress.But if you're travelling without a car, it's a good place to stay

I stayed here for what was going to be 3 nights but I ended up leaving after one night. The hotel is NOT in good shape. The room distribution (in the apartment style layout) is odd, undecorated, and feels very empty. There are NO windows in the unit that allow you to look outside. Although they list A/C as an amenity, the ONLY A/C unit is in the living room, the bedroom and dining room do not have A/C and get very warm. The A/C in the living room leaks water onto the floor. The boiler is not properly set up, so it can ONLY provide boiling hot water or cold water, nothing in between. When I brought my concerns to the attention of staff, they refused to offer me a refund for the unused nights and didn't seem interested in assisting me. The only great service provided here was Jose in the breakfast area, he was fantastic. Perhaps they should promote Jose to the general manager of the hotel to try to turn things around.

Had a great experience. Stayed in a two bedroom apartment. It was very clean and fresh. Had everything we needed. The staff was also great. The parking lot worker was very friendly and accommodating. Provided us with Comfort Suites phone number to communicate whenever we needed the private parking lot opened. Felt very safe and secure. 10/10

The unit was clean all around. Parking lot has a gate that is managed by someone in a booth but the ground is gravel so good luck dragging heavy travel bags. Inside the unit, it had a mini split in the living room/kitchen and a fan inside the room. I highly suggest NOT to use the fan in the room because it is very low. I am 5'7" and when I was dressing up I was putting on my shirt and got two of my fingers caught on the metal blades busting them open and it almost got to the bone. They have a local water heater inside the restroom that would randomly work, we had to keep the faucet water running on hot to get it to stay on when showering. Ice machine did not work and I was suggested to go to the store. The lobby had a leak in the AC unit so there was water droplets falling onto you when waiting for the elevator. On a positive note, the staff was beyond friendly and answered all our questions. The room was very spacious and included sofas, medium size refrigerator, kitchen and cabinets and a table to dine in. I would recommend it but maybe I got unlucky in my room.
