From the two balconies, from the garden and from the beautiful swimming pool (about 30 square meters) you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake and the mountains. A few minutes’ walk you reach the charming centre of Gardola where there are romantic alleys and several shops that accompany a pleasant walk. You will also find various shops, a petrol station, a pharmacy, a doctor's office and also some bars, restaurants, pizzerias, oil mills, etc. A few minutes by car or shuttle bus (free for our customers) you reach the well-equipped beach "Pra de la Fam". The apartment, located on the first floor, is a 45 square meter studio that can accommodate from 2 to 4 people. Inside there is a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, one balcony with lake view and one with mountain view, bathroom with shower and mezzanine with double bed. The comforts of the apartment include a kitchen with 4 burners and an aspirator, a fridge, a freezer, a German coffee machine, a microwave, a kettle, a vacuum cleaner and a dishwasher, dishcloths, satellite TV, hairdryer, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, umbrella and deckchair. A private parking space and swimming pool are shared with the rest of the residence. Sport and health: outdoor pool 2 km away, tennis court 500 mt away, mountain-bike (possibility to rent them in the Tabaccheria Ferrero), sailing and surfing at about 7 km at the Port of Tignale. Golf about 13 km away at Golf Bogliaco. Handtücher und Bettwäsche vorhanden. Der Seeblick ist atemberaubend. Bad sollte elektrisch heizbar sein. Heizkosten sind sehr hoch und können nur pauschal pro Tag abgerechnet werden. Wenn Gas so teuer ist, kann man im Bad mit einem Heizlüfter z.B. kurz für Wärme sorgen. Der Pool läd täglich zum Schwimmen und Chillen ein. Die Unterkunft ist super ausgestattet, mit allem, was man benötigt. Die kurzfristige Buchung (innerhalb von 2 Tagen) hat geklappt. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und TOP ausgestattet. Der Ausblick über den See ist traumhaft schön. Uns fehlte in der Wohnung an nichts und es wurde sogar für unseren Hund ein Bett sowie Näpfe hingestellt. Der Blick auf den See ist Traumhaft und man ist fußläufig im Zentrum von Tignale. Haben den Urlaub/den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder! Wassertemperatur in der Dusche (entweder ist es extrem heiß oder kalt). In der Ferienwohnung selbst war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Ggf sollte man über die Anschaffung eines Kaffeevollautomaten nachdenken, Filterkaffee ist nicht jedermanns Sache. Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen, der Ausblick ist einfach unbezahlbar.
