Tightwad Vacation Packages

The room was good. My disappointment was this… I prepaid for my rooms for my trip. Upon arrival, Check in was smooth. We stayed one night. The following morning upon checkout, we find that they billed us another 18.95 “resort fee”due at checkout. Why? There is no resort! Why wasn’t this fee included in my original purchase price??? This is shady and rediculous. I believe that the leave the 19.00 off to make their rates look better to get more rooms rented and then charge the extra 19.00 afterward because your stuck paying it at this point and they make another 19.00 off of the room. I will not be back.

Room was very pleasant, staff was fabulous. Rooms are spacious. Bed and bathroom very clean.

Room was lacking in amenities no robes as listed or the biggest no coffee pot. This is our 3rd stay at the fontaine and I regret to say we will probably chose a new hotel for next years event.

The hotel had very good prices and the location was wonderful as it was close to alot of things, loke restaurants and shops. We opted for two queen beds even though it was just my wife and I. The bed was somewhat stiff but definitely not horrible. Yeah had a room on the very top floor in a corner and the only setback we had was a family that was exactly right next to us in the small closed off area kinda and they were just kinda of in and out over and over nonstop and they also had a dog with them that either had seizures or something because 4 times over the two days in the middle of the night it was screaming like it was hurt, but know it wasnt cause our dog jad them when he was a puppy but this dog was older. Other then that the hotel and staff was really nicely kept and friendly so definitely would stay there again when in the area.
