Our toilet wouldn’t flush. We informed staff, but they did nothing. Then we lost lights in our room. Staff actually said to me “ I don’t know what to do”. Room was nice, but old. Staff was friendly, but ultimately unhelpful. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Room was clean and as described. Breakfast had many good options and wasn’t crowded. Location was central for us to walk around to all Berljne sightseeing spots.
