Realice mi reservación, llegué al hotel y nunca apareció mi reservación en el sistema del hotel. Me comuniqué con expedía y ellos me indicaron que todo estaba bien, pero el hotel nunca me dio solución. Espere al rededor de 1 hora y media mi grupo y yo. Por más que les dije que tenía factura de pago, reservación y confirmación no fue posible que me dejaran ingresar a descansar.

The only drawback was the parking situation due to ongoing road construction—you may need to walk about a block to access your vehicle. That said, the staff were very helpful and transparent in explaining the parking process.
