Just a short walk from the stunning Playa Grande, Playa Chica, the Biosfera Shopping Centre and a wide variety of restaurants and shops, this villa offers the perfect combination of relaxation and comfort for an unforgettable stay. Space for Relaxation Villa Marisol features two spacious bedrooms equipped with air conditioning (A/C) and two full bathrooms, making it an ideal option for couples or small groups. The bright and cosy living room is equipped with a Smart TV that allows access to platforms such as Netflix and HBO using personal accounts. High-speed WiFi is available throughout the villa. For additional entertainment, there is also a fully functional billiards table for your enjoyment. Fully Equipped Kitchen The kitchen is prepared for both short and long stays, with all essential elements: microwave, kettle, coffee maker, iron, ironing board and much more. Whether you want to prepare a quick snack or a gourmet meal, you'll feel right at home. Outdoor Oasis Head outside and enjoy the spacious terrace with comfortable sun loungers, perfect for sunbathing. The private heated pool, available all year round (approx. 7x3 m), offers a cosy place to relax and unwind, regardless of the season. Included Amenities Your stay includes everything necessary for your comfort and convenience: Bedding and towels: Fresh sheets, bath towels, and cosy blankets. Welcome courtesy pack: Enjoy a bottle of water, milk, tea/coffee sachets, sugar, savoury biscuits, and snacks to start your stay. The villa is private and very peaceful. The beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms are great and the outside space is perfect. Pool is the perfect temperature. Stayed here as a couple, but plenty of room for 4\. Hosts were very helpful. Car useful, but not essential - walkable to old town Puerto del Carmen and the strip but you might want the occasional taxi home!
