LOCATION The villa is located approx.:- 5 mins by car to the bustling resort of Puerto del Carmen and the beach (Playa Chica next to the Fariones Hotel) 2 mins by car to to the local 18 hole golf course so the villa is an ideal base for keen golfers 9 mins by car to the upmarket marina of Puerto Calero 6 mins by car to the airport A short walk from the villa into the village of Tias where there are tapa bars, shops, restaurants, banks, hairdressers, bakers, farmacias, doctors, big supermarket, petrol station, freezer shop, dentists, takeaway food shops, etc.... There is a small local bus from the village of Tias which runs on a regular basis to the old village of Puerto del Carmen and then back up to Tias. Lidl ( on the outskirts of Puerto del Carmen) is open 7 days a week, and is 3 mins by car away from the villa. The local bus also passes by Lidl. Mercadona in Puerto del Carmen is approx 5 mins from the villa. Both supermarkets sell a variety of fresh fruit and veg, duty free goodies, meat, fish, charcoal for the bbq, etc.... The villa is situated in a prime location for keen walkers. There are several excellent walking trails close by. Located away from the road making it a haven of peace and tranquility and very private. There is ample roadside parking if you have a hire car. Bien située, au calme et proche des commerces. Les propriétaires sont adorables, chaleureux et disponibles si besoin. A l’arrivée, un panier bien garni nous attendait (pain, jambon, fromage, beurre, confiture, eau, bière, vin, jus, café …) très appréciable :) La piscine est grande et très agréable, la vue sur l’océan est superbe. Séjour de 14 nuits en août 2021 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Carole J. 31 juill. 2019 Points forts : Propreté #### Tout simplement parfait La villa est située à Tias, dans un petit bourg tranquille sur les premières hauteurs de Lanzarote au sud, avec vue sur l'océan donc, et sur Puerto del Carmen en contre-bas. La situation est parfaite pour qui veut être au calme (comme nous): ici, pas de tumulte et de bruit lié au tourisme "de masse", mais si vous le voulez la station de Puerto del Carmen avec toutes ses activités populaires liées à la plage et la mer est à dix minutes en voiture. Tias dispose de toutes les infrastructures dont vous avez besoin au niveau logistique (supermarché Hyperdino, coiffeurs, médecin etc), et est parfaitement situé pour accéder aux autres sites de l'île. La villa en elle-même est vraiment très très bien équipée. A l'extérieur, la piscine est très spatieuse (nettoyée deux fois par semaine, avec plusieurs transats incluant coussins à disposition et canapés d'extérieur), le barbecue est très bien situé pour profiter de soirées sympathiques autour d'un apéro (sangria !), à prendre sur la table de jardin sous la terrasse couverte ou sur la table de salon de jardin. Bref on a vraiment l'embarras du choix! A l'intérieur, trois chambres sont à disposition, toutes bien équipées (coussins, draps changés une foix par semaine, etc). Les fenêtres sont équipées de moustiquaires donc pas de souci on peut profiter de l'air extérieur en ouvrant les fenêtres. Les deux salles de bain sont également spatieuses et bien équipées (douches et toilettes dans chaque salle de bain), le seul petit bémol étant l'eau chaude qui est en quantité plutôt limitée (deux douches à la suite mais pas plus, les suivants doivent attendre un peu ou accepter une douche fraiche ou froide). La cuisine est extrêmement bien équipée: il n'y manque rien!!même le plus petit ustensile (tire-bouchon, film étirable, épluche-légumes, etc) est disponible, on voit que les propriétaires ont le souci du détail qui fait la différence! Plaque vitrocéramique, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, tout est parfait! La télévision est dernier cri avec toutes les chaines cablées internationales (françaises, anglaises, US, belges, allemandes, etc...des centaines!) et le WIFI assez puissant pour que vous en profitiez à l'extérieur (terrasse, piscine) Les propriétaires sont adorables: quelques consignes au départ données sur place le jour de l'arrivée, et quelques sms pour savoir si tout va bien et voilà! Au final, le package est parfait ! Nous y reviendrons sans aucun doute si nous retournons à Lanzarote ##### Carole J.
