The only complaints I have was finding two pieces of clothing under the bed and the toilet seat kept falling off. The mattress from the pull out couch had stains on it.

Room wasn’t very clean when I arrived, I found dead beetles and toilet paper pieces on the floor. The bedding was stained.

Our room was very clean, and my son enjoyed the pool. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed in the lack of Wi-Fi service, which resulted in us being unable to use our devices or TV streaming services in our room. When we asked one person at the desk, he said that it was our device, not the Wi-Fi. But when we asked a second person, he said it was a Wi-Fi issue.
In addition, my wife was unable to use the fitness center during our stay Because more than one fitness machine needed repair.
Overall, our stay was OK, but far from perfect.
