Dear Guest,

We are delighted to welcome you to our home and hope you have a wonderful stay. This property is close to our hearts, as it was originally built by our grandparents and has remained in the family for generations. Our hope is that you will feel at home here and create cherished memories, just as our family has.

In this guide, you’ll find all the inform ation needed to settle in and enjoy your stay. If you have any questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Check-in and Check-out Times:
Check-in: 3:00 p.m.
Check-out: 11:00 a.m.

If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please message us, and we will do our best to accommodate you based on availability.

Parking:
Private parking is available in the driveway for up to two vehicles. Please be cautious when backing out, as there are two schools across the street, and our neighborhood is full of young families.

House Rules:
To ensure a comfortable and respectful environment, we ask that you kindly follow these guidelines:

-No parties or events are allowed.
-No smoking is allowed.
-No pets are allowed.
-Please refrain from wearing outdoor shoes inside.
-Avoid dragging furniture or heavy items across the hardwood floors.
-Respect neighborhood quiet hours between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
-Lock the doors before leaving the house.
-Dispose of trash in the garbage bins and recycling bins located on the side of the house.
-Place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it before checking out.
-No illegal substances are allowed on the property.

Appliances and Electronics:
Heating: Adjust the thermostat in the hallway to set your desired temperature.
Coffee Machine: We provide a Keurig coffee machine. Simply fill the water reservoir at the back, insert a coffee pod, close the lid, and select your brew size. A few coffee pods are available for your enjoyment.
Dishwasher: Place a pod in the detergent dispenser (under the sink) when the dishwasher is full and start the cycle.
TV: Smart TV - Please feel free to download any streaming apps and let us know if you have any question.

*Please note that the washing machine and dryer are not available to guests. If you are staying for an extended period and require laundry services, message us in advance, and we will try to assist.*

House Amenities
Linens & Pillows: Fresh linens and pillows are provided.
Toiletries: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Q-tips, and a blow dryer are available in the bathroom closet.
Closet & Luggage Racks: Hangers and luggage racks are provided.
Iron & Ironing Board: Stored in the master bedroom closet

Local Transportation
Our home is about a 30-minute walk to Thunder Bay’s downtown core, which has an array of restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, and attractions. For public transit, there is a bus stop two blocks away.
