"The property was clean, safe, and quiet. It was great parking right outside my room. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The blanket was thin. There are no blackout curtains here, and I didn’t sleep good because of light coming in through the window. There is a coffeemaker in the room but no coffee. "

"I was VERY please with the communication of the property owner, he was very upfront with issues he was having with the property prior to the stay. He even recommended other houses in the area where my family and I could book after cancelling due the conditions. I however on the other hand am NOT pleased with Vrbo, I had to contact them on 03/30/26 to request a refund and take the booking off of my account. It is now 04/06/26, we were unable to stay at the Triangle S Ranch as discussed w/ owner and a Vrbo representative.. the booking never came off of my account and I still have yet to be issued a refund. "

"the place needs to be condemned, there was no lock on the door, there was mold all over the walls and ceiling. there was water running from behind the wall and flooding the floor. the place stank. there was rotten food in the microwave. there was needles and tampons in the parking lot and mattresses and trash all on the outside of rooms. i have asked for my money back.. i DID NOT STAY"

"Clean, beds were kinda weird almost like air mattress feeling, nowhere to set your suitcases, the mini fridge was like a wine fridge with a clear door, shower head was for ppl really short I’m 5”8’ and had to bend down to wash my hair, the air fresher smell was over powering i immediately unplugged it. We got the remodeled room which was nice looking but not worth the price. Overall the front desk girl was very nice and it was clean but please add some suitcase stands and for ppl who have issues with strong fragrance smells maybe use food scents instead of floral to be tolerable. Location was on a busy road so yes there was noise but we expected that. "
