Only thing I’ll say is that it lacked a personal touch.. we actually got engaged there on our first morning and then extended our stay an additional night, sharing the news with the desk staff when we did, he complimented my ring but that was that. Of course I wasn’t expecting free comps or any fireworks but you’d think they’d send a congratulatory drink or a piece of cake or just something to celebrate this occasion.
