I was looking for a clean room to spend the night. This is exactly what I was given.
There was a kettle and plenty of branded tea and coffee (Nescafé and Tetley tea)
Yes, a bit of wallpaper could do with some maintenance and there were a couple of scuffs on the wall from bags etc, but I received a clean, large room with an excellent en-suite bathroom. I’m not really sure what else you expect for the price ?

Perfect location! Quaint spot just outside of the city centre close to UoB. Sam and reception staff incredibly friendly. We could have chatted for hours if we didn't have an itinerary of things we needed to complete before the end of the day! Would definitely recommend a stay here.

"The Holiday inn, Brayford along the canal, wasn’t far to walk the steep inclement to the cathedral, castle or to little shops. Lincoln is a beautiful place to visit, full of historical and character buildings, mixed with new. The people are very nice and helpful here."
