A gem of a hotel for meeting up with friends. A short walk from the railway station and a great position for York centre -a perfect position for our needs! Super friendly staff, lovely room, cosy areas to sit in the bar and delicious food in the restaurant. We shall return!

An excellent array of selections. Staff were very quick and efficient in clearing tables at busy times. This was our 5th visit to this hotel. We keep coming back. That's the best recommendation i can give.

Easy check in and out. Staff were friendly. Excellent location. Great for 4 to 6 people . Sofa bed was not the comfiest. Beware, parking nearby costs quite a lot for the day which we didn't expect. Overall, we would stay again as it's in the perfect location for a visit to York.
