Hotel Rooms require urgent maintenance to keep up with modern comforts. There are non-working water taps, hot water comes in a thread in the 5th floor bath room.Premises and rooms require extensive maintenance and repairs. It is family friendly budget hotel,the staff service is OK, but not great. There is a restaurant which serves neat food. I have to wait about 10 minutes at the check-in counter as the staff there took lot of time to verify the Reservation and allot room.
