What to do in Kjósarhreppur

Activities, attractions and tours

This is one of my favorite pictures from Iceland. We were just traveling down the road and decided to stop and stretch our legs once we crossed the bridge. Beautiful country. 11/20/19
Well worth the short detour off the Golden Circle to þórufoss waterfall... The dawn sky makes it even more beautiful, and the bonus is that, at Christmas time dawn is 11:30am :-)
