There was a fair amount of sand outside due to the weather which ended up tracking in and being nasty in our carpet. Complimentary breakfast was unappealing. The best part was the location and the reasonable cost. "

"The continental breakfast was good - a variety of fresh baked goods, yogurts, fresh fruits, granola, teas, and the coffee was excellent! It would have been nice to enjoy a hot breakfast on the cold and gloomy morning that we were there, though. We enjoyed meeting our friendly host, Joe, and had a nice conversation with him as he explained the history of the property and some future kitchen renovations he has in the works. Parking was no problem - plenty of space, well-lit, felt absloutely safe. Our room and private bath was clean and well-appointed. All in all, it was a very comfortable & enjoyable visit. I'll be back!"
