Our two day stay at the hotel was extremely pleasant. The accommodations were excellent and hotel staff went out of their way to ensure our satisfaction. The food was superb and the staff were courteous, polite and extremely respectful. I definitely would recommend this establishment.

I booked three rooms through Expedia. At check-in, the very rude staff refused to accept the $100 security deposit from me. They insisted that the payment had to come from each individual guest. My 60 year old sister in-law doesn't like using credit cards, and the staff reacted with great arrogance, insisting that she had to make the payment herself. A horrible and regrettable situation.
