My recent stay at this hotel was a complete disaster. Upon arrival, I was assigned room 122, which had a leaky air conditioner. I was promised a new room, but apparently, the message wasn't relayed to Jeff, and the room was given away. I was then moved to room that was also in need of repair. My other room was 124, where the TV didn’t work. It's frustrating when basic amenities are faulty. The only saving grace was Jeff, who seemed to be the only staff member who knew what was going on. Overall, a terrible experience, and I won't be staying here again.

The king suite was amazing.No opening window. No Ac. Front desk said central air unit is not enough for the building. Key cards always deactivate. Desk said it’s in the midst of a sale. Neither party wants to put money into it. Hot tub is just hot water no bubbles. Pool ok lots of leaves from the trees in pool.
