After a very stressful and uncomfortable experience at another hotel in Austin the night before that prompted me to check out and find somewhere else to stay, staying at Hotel ZaZa Austin was exactly what I needed. From the moment I walked in, everything felt clean, calm, and well cared for. The room was spotless—truly one of the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve stayed in—and beautifully designed. It struck the perfect balance of stylish and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable, the linens felt fresh and high quality, and the temperature was perfectly controlled. It was quiet, relaxing, and made it easy to fully rest and recharge. You can tell this hotel takes pride in both cleanliness and guest experience. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation.

I went for a girls trip and we absolutely loved the hotel! It was perfect for us with comfortable rooms & beds, clean shower and good water pressure, espresso machine in the room & fridge. The breakfast was delicious each morning and made to order. We tried out the pool & it was beautiful on top of the roof with comfy seating. It was not heated but that was okay as we warmed up quickly.
