« Sur le site, ça disait qu’il y avait une piscine. Cette information a fait partie des raisons pour laquelle on a choisi cet hôtel. Par contre, on est arrivé là et à l’accueil on nous a informé que la piscine était fermée depuis deux ans. Déception.

« When arriving the lady at front desk wasn’t helpful at all. I actually felt like I was bothering her by ringing the bell then we got to the room and there was no cold water. My husband had to take a shower and scorching hot water. Then room comes with the kitchenette, but no utensils or pots. They were all utilized by people that live in the hotel. »
