We checked in, discovered we had been put in a handicap room. Ask for a different room to no avail. discovered trash under our bed, and the coffee maker still had the coffee pack in it from some time before us getting the room.
Also I have two 100.00-dollar charges on my credit card from Element, which we did not charge or use anything in addition to the room.?
So at this point I am very unhappy with our experience at Element.
We used Expidia to make our reservation in advance, to insure we received the room we had reserved.
