The room was not ready when we tried to check in after 4 pm. The TV did not work. The maintenance man was there for about 2 hours to fix the TV. There was a dead carcass of a mouse in the room that had been there for days. The refrigerator was dirty. The person at registration said the internet directions were in the room and they were not. I was informed when we checked out that charges for the resort would be returned and they were not. We were there for 2 days and will not stay there again.
