One of four newly built cottages (Rocky Point Farms Cottages). Open year-round. An inviting indoor space with vaulted ceilings, a relaxing living room and an elegant kitchen. Ideal for families (bunk bed with twin/double). A spacious outdoor deck and an easy walk to the waterfront. This cottage has a private hot tub (for guest use only). Hot tub fabric covering is removed during the winter months. Heat, electric fireplace, TV, and WIFI. Pet-friendly, some rules apply. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Maximum 4 adults (5 including children). Bookings must be made by the person who will be staying at the property. Our property also has 450 feet of oceanfront on the beautiful Waweig River. The waters at this area of the Waweig River are especially calm and smooth making it an excellent point of entry for kayakers to go for a trip down the river. At low tide the beach becomes a walkable flat rock bed for sea treasure hunters to have a closer look. We have 20 acres of wooded land, with a privately developed walking trail, giving guests direct access to popular walking, hiking, mountain biking, ATV’ing, and horseback riding trails that extend throughout Charlotte County and into other parts of New Brunswick. We are 12 minutes from St. Stephen and 15 minutes from the well-known tourist town of St. Andrews by-the-sea. We are also within 20 minutes distance to many local attractions such as Ganong Nature Park, Kingsbrae Garden, Huntsman Marine Science Centre, whale watching, Ministers Island, and golfing. Access to the cottages is only 1 km from Highway No. 1 making it very easy to locate. Guests enjoy full access to the pergola, dock (during spring, summer, fall), and walking trails located on the property. There are 5 Kayaks and 1 paddleboard that can be used when available and during spring, summer, fall seasons (for guest use only). The pergola, firepit, dock, and walking trails are used and shared by all guests to the cottages and are for guest use only. Whether you are coming as a group or traveling privately, each cottage is positioned to offer ample privacy while remaining conveniently close for easy group or family gatherings. The cottages are equipped with a full kitchen - stove, microwave, fridge, sink, dishwasher. complimentary coffee/tea. Utensils, dishes and glasses, pots and pans. Coffee maker, toaster, kettle. Cooking utensils. BBQ utensils. Bedrooms - queen size beds, night stands, and dresser. (Except the Hideaway Cottage - one queen, one bunkbed twin/double). Bathroom - tub/shower, towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo and conditioner. Living room with sofa, TV, electric fireplace, large circle chair. Outdoor deck, BBQ, table and chairs. WIFI All cottages are Non Smoking Pets - over 35 lbs 1 dog maximum, under 35 lbs 2 dogs maximum. We request an upfront refundable damage deposit of $250 CA before your stay. A refundable damage deposit is paid upfront 2 days prior to your arrival and is held until after your stay. If no damages occur during the stay, the deposit is automatically refunded to you via your payment method within 14 days after your stay. MAXIMUM 4 Adults OR 2 Adults and 3 children. The cottage itself was beautiful and the layout fantastic! The pergola down by the water is stunning, a great place to sit and enjoy the water view and just relax. Love all the little extras the hosts leave for you. And of course the hosts themselves are amazing! The cottages are absolutely beautiful. This cottage gives you the privacy that your looking for. It has access to all the local attractions and then some. If your an atver, the access trail to the main quadnb trail is literally across the road. You can walk it, drive it on your all terrain and eventually go on horseback. Laundry facilities is available. The best view and my personal favorite was sitting down by the water near the dock. On site kayaks and life jackets as well. The owners are very nice and always available. We definitely plan to go back. I highly recommend this property. The cottages are newly built and decorated. Everything is very pleasant, clean, new and smells great. The hosts, Shauna and Ron, are very kind and attentive. They make sure that the guests have a great experience. They quickly respond to any questions or needs. The property offers great amenities, like a long walking, private trail in the woods; a dock at the bay where you can kayak (kayaks and life jackets are provided by the hosts). There is an amazing hot tub per cottage, which can be used Anytime and it is maintained on daily basis. This is a great place for a family vacation! We are bummed that we couldn’t spend more time there and we will surely book another vacation there some time in the future. ##### Kalina L.
