The hotel was very charming and clean, room was comfortable. I have some back problems so I was worried when I saw other reviews complaining about the beds but I personally had no issues, they were very comfortable. Lots of parking, and lots of good restaurants within walking distance.

staff was great; breakfast was great; room and fitness center in poor condition - finishes peeling off room and cabinet doors, lights not working bedside; fitness center HVAC not working/equipment out of order or in poor condition (one treadmill tagged out of order, the other made so many squeaks and noises when using that it sounded like it was about to die)

Bathroom was smelly and had corroded fixtures. Some orange mold around the shower. Grout was very dirty. Breakfast was a tired menu. People went crazy for breakfast and there was a line to get food so I guess Im the picky one.

It was super crowded due to spring break, but I think the staff did their best to keep everything refreshed and clean Everyone was professional and kind. We loved the downtown location.
