The Grove Tours and Activities

Property was newly renovated 2 years ago and looks very nice. Hotel manager was very friendly and accommodated an early check in for us. The best morning, she helped us after we kicked ourselves out of the room safe. Restaurant is very popular and caused parking issues on Friday and Saturday night. On Saturday, we arrived back at the hotel around 7 and had to leave and drive around for an hour until a parking spot opened up.

Took over 40 minutes to check in. First room given was not cleaned. 2nd room was also not cleaned. The third room was occupied. The fourth room was garbage free, however no trash can or toiletries in room. All issues were blamed on computer and 3rd party vendors. Which doesn’t make sense, since rooms must be reserved online. The worst experience I’ve had in many years.
