THe hotel was not busy and they gave us the smallest room in the building. Couldn't even move in it. It also smelled. They did help accommodate us after we complained and moved us to a much better room

Great hotel in perfect location. River streets too touristy. This hotel is an oasis near everything. And such a helpful staff. Coffee in the morning is free in the lobby bar if you don’t order a special coffee!!!
