The Crags Vacation Packages

This was my second stay at Bantry Aparthotel. It was actually an extension to my first booking which I did as a separate booking which I was pleased to see did not cause any problems and I was able to retain my same room. All the staff there were helpful and friendly. My room was one of the Penthouse suites so I have a nice little kitchen and a big full size bathroom. There are views with balcony from both the living room and the bedroom and there is a nice roof patio area to the rear. Ocean views are magnificent. The suite was quiet, comfortable, well equipped. Some areas show a little age / wear but nothing I'd find an issue. Its a good, solid, honest aparthotel in a fantastic location. Parking is fine for smaller cars but may be rather tight if you turn up in a Range Rover or something. You can safely walk around the area - the beach, local shops, bars, restaurants and other amenities are all near. Ideal stay to explore the area from.

The setting is absolutely beautiful, the gardens are well maintained.

The guys at the bottom floor were absolutely amazing! They were so helpful and seemed like they were always looking out for us. The cafe/bar attached to the hotel is awesome and we really enjoyed the room!

A gorgeous hotel with personality, character and exceptional hospitality Gorgeous George was one of the highlights of our stay in Cape Town. This is a boutique hotel with a wonderful sense of personality, combining eclectic interiors, beautiful design and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. What particularly impressed us was the attention to detail throughout the hotel. Every space felt thoughtfully designed, with distinctive furnishings, artwork and a character that sets it apart from more conventional luxury hotels. The staff were exceptional, friendly, personable and attentive without being overly formal. Even the playful greeting of “Hello Gorgeous!” at reception added to the hotel’s charm and made us feel welcome. A special shout out to the doormen who went out of their way to make sure we were safe during our visit to Cape Town with insightful advice on where to go as well as how to get to places safely. We also loved Gigi, the rooftop restaurant and bar, which provided a wonderful setting to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. What makes Gorgeous George special is that it offers more than comfortable accommodation. The hotel itself becomes part of the travel experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for somewhere distinctive and memorable in Cape Town.
