The apartment did the job for a busy conference. It's obviously meant more for party groups for the rest of the year, but it was clean and well located. Problems include - broken toilet seat, kitchen bin missing a lid, some mould or rot in the corner of one of the windowsills.
Guests should be aware there is a lot of noise late into the night from the clubs and bars outside, but thats a reality of the location.
But really the only think I had a real issue with was the terrible smell and filthy state of the hallway carpet, quite gross!

7/10 Good! (2 reviews)
The host was absolutely fantastic and I couldn’t have asked for any more. Apartment was well equipped and considering being in the middle of all the bars and clubs was very well sound insulated. I would recommend to family’s that this is in the middle of a busy nightlife part of Liverpool so may not be suitable for young children. But workers/couples or friends it’s absolutely ideal for being in the centre. Thank you so much :)
